Cope Community Program
Cope by RAIC is a community-led mental health program designed to equip members of the refugee community with key skills to improve their mental health and well-being. This program also teaches different ways to support others in your community in their mental health journey.
Participants in Cope will:

Engage in an interactive and structured peer support group, facilitated by trained refugees.

Learn techniques to identify signs of distress and practice coping skills.

Develop strategies to respond and support people experiencing mental health crises.

- Triggers & mindfulness
- Strengths & Community
- Trauma & Depression
- Anxiety
- Grief and loss
- Sleep & burnout
- Psychological First Aid (PFA)
- PFA & self-care
